Medigap Plan C

Medigap Plan C

Plan C Overview

Despite the sense of security that comes from Medicare, there are still costs that must be covered out of pocket unless a supplemental plan is acquired. In order to cover this gap in expense Medicare Supplementals were created to ensure more appropriate care for senior living and help alleviate some financial burden.

Plan C is different from Plans A and B in that is aims to cover a larger portion of health care services. While “Basic Medicare” Parts A and B may not offer much in the terms of senior nursing care, preventative or extended care, Supplemental Plan C aims to increase coverage in these areas.

What Medigap Plan C Covers
